Full conference registration
Hospice NZ Member
Standard - $870 

Non Member
Standard - $1100 

Member group discount - 10% for 10-14 delegates
$693 per person 

Member group discount - 15% for 15+ delegates
$654.50 per person 

Full Conference Registration includes:

  • Attendance to all conference sessions (excluding masterclasses)
  • Satchel and contents
  • Conference Handbook including abstracts for all presentations
  • All lunches, morning and afternoon teas
  • Following conference – a copy of all permission based conference presentations
  • One ticket to the Welcome Reception

Day registration
Hospice NZ member - $490
Non member - $550

Day Registration includes:

  • Attendance to all conference sessions for one day (excluding masterclasses)
  • Satchel and contents
  • Conference Handbook including abstracts for all presentations
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for one day

Group discount information

For member hospices sending 10 – 14 delegates, we would like to offer a 10% discount on the overall total registration cost. 

For member hospices that send 15 or more delegates we would like to offer a 15% discount on the overall total cost of registration. 

The discount is available for full member hospices only and all delegates must be registered at the same time via the Group Registration Form.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person, please notify the Conference Managers on hospice@composition.co.nz. If you are unable to arrange a replacement (minus a cancellation fee of $100) will be made, provided notification is received no later than Friday 5 October. No refunds will be made after Friday 5 October 2012.

If, for reasons beyond the control of Hospice New Zealand, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
